There was a lot to choose from, which was nice. It was easy enough to look through everything and find something that worked for me.

My order arrived today the packaging made it feel like it had been thrown together in a hurry. The shoe box was crushed, there was barely any padding, and the tape was already coming loose. The shoes themselves were fine, but the whole thing looked cheap and rushed. Not really what I expected from an online order.

In my experience, the website works okay overall, but it wasn’t the easiest to navigate. I had to spend more time than I expected looking for a few items, and the search felt a little hit or miss for me. One page also loaded slowly at one point. I ordered two pairs of laces and some cleaner, simple stuff, but the box showed up with the wrong color laces and no cleaner at all. The invoice had everything listed right, so I don’t know where they went off track packing it. Had to email them and sit around waiting to get it sorted, which was just annoying. For such a basic order, it really shouldn’t have been that hard.

The fit was close to what I expected, maybe just a little snug. Nothing major though. it worked fine, wait, actually, around the tighter spots I definitely noticed it more than I thought I would.

I had a solid experience with My Shoe Supplies overall. They kept me in the loop about my order, which I appreciated, and when I had a question they did get back to me. It wasn’t like an instant reply or anything, but it was still within a reasonable time. Tracking info came through like it should, so I never really felt like I was left wondering what was going on. I’d give them 4 stars — communication was good, just maybe could be a little quicker here and there

I saw a promo code and figured I’d give it a try, but it just kept failing when I got to checkout. Maybe I missed something or didn’t read the details carefully enough, but it wasn’t very clear. The prices were still okay, so maybe it wasn’t a huge deal, but it was definitely annoying.

I ordered a pair last month and the delivery was Fine. It wasn’t super quick or anything, but it also didn’t take forever, so I can’t really complain too much.
The shoes look real to me overall, and the box and tags were included, but the stitching on one side made me pause a little. I compared them online and most of it matched up, so idk, maybe I’m just overthinking it.
For the price, I guess I expected to feel a bit more confident. They might be totally authentic and maybe it’s just a small quality thing, but I’d probably Double check more carefully before ordering again.

I really wanted to like the service, but unfortunately it just didn’t do much to impress me. The whole experience was disappointing, and I can’t say I’ll be rushing back to use it again. Maybe it works better for other people, but it definitely wasn’t for me

I’ve used this a lot more than I expected to, and it’s held up really well. Definitely happy with it.

I can’t believe how fast this thing fell apart. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but the quality is just awful. What a joke.

I ordered from My Shoe Supplies after comparing a few other sites, and the prices seemed reasonable. Not every single item was the cheapest, but for what I got, the value was good. The quality was decent too, and shipping was fine, nothing crazy fast but no big issues either. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probly order again.

I ordered from My Shoe Supplies and then found myself in the dramatic saga of wondering where my tracking info had disappeared to. I ended up reaching out to customer service, and to be fair, they did eventually respond.
Once they got back to me, the answer was useful enough and cleared things up, but the wait made the whole thing feel more suspenseful than it needed to be. Not a disaster, not amazing either. Three stars feels about right.

I sent the shoes back and didn’t expect the refund to take as long as it did. I ended up having to follow up twice just to get things moving. The money did come through eventually, but waiting around with no clear update was really frustrating.
